Summer is here! It is so nice to enjoy the sun, but some times it can deprive you of your energy. So, we all need energy and to stay hydrated. Here are three nutritious, refreshing, fruity recipes that will help you stand the heat and stay healthy and strong!

Cantaloupe & Orange Juice
An extremely refreshing and full of vitamins drink, ideal to keep you hydrated and cool – especially during summer. It will also leave your skin soft and glowing!
You will need:
½ cantaloupe
3 oranges
How to do it:
Wash your fruits. Tip! Wash the cantaloupe using salt, in order to clean it better. Cut the cantaloupe into medium pieces and squeeze the oranges to take the juice. Blend the cantaloupe with the orange juice and a little ice, until it turns smooth. Put it in a glass and enjoy! If summer had one defining smell, it would definitely be this of Cantaloupe & Orange Juice!
Healthy Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad, also known as fruit cocktail, can serve as an appetizer or a dessert to boost your body with vitamins. Fruit salad is delicious, because each fruit has its own unique flavour.
You will need:
½ cantaloupe
4 apricots
½ pineapple
1 cucumber
¼ watermelon
2 bananas
1 cup of peanuts
How to do it:
Wash your fruits properly. Peel the pineapple and the bananas and chop them into medium pieces. Cut the apricots, the cucumber, the watermelon and the cantaloupe. Add them all in a bowl. You can sprinkle some lemon juice on them. End with the peanuts. Enjoy!
Strawberry & Banana Smoothie
Want to stay healthy? Fruit smoothies are the answer! Strawberry & Banana Smoothie is a refreshing drink for the summer that can kickstart your day with a burst of healthy deliciousness.
You will need:
15 – 20 frozen strawberries
2 frozen bananas
5 tsp of vanilla ice-cream
How to do it:
Wash your fruits. Peel the banana and cut it into half. Blend together with the strawberries and add the vanilla ice-cream, until it turns smooth. Pour it in glasses and decorate with some banana and strawberry pieces on top. Drink this Strawberry & Banana Smoothie! Be healthy! Be happy!
